How do I place an order?

To purchase our items, place your order through our website or WhatsApp. 

What are your payment methods?
We accept payment by Paypal and via bank transfer or PayNow.  We apologise we do not accept Cash-On-delivery.

What are your shipping options?
An independent third-party courier will ship your orders.  A flat rate of $5.00 is chargeable upon checkout. 

You shall receive your items within 3-5 days. Should your parcel take more than five days to reach you, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp at 97279131 or email us at evesindulgence@gmail.com within five days of the last update, stating your order number as the subject for us to assist you.

Self-collection or personal courier is not allowed. 

Can I return the items I purchased and get a refund?
We are sorry we do not allow returns and refunds.  All items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

We will only offer refunds if you receive a defective item/s.  If your item has defects, do take a picture of the defect/s and contact us via email at evesindulgence@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 9727 9131.
Refunds are in the form of store credits.
